@waifu @hideki personal wikis are a relatively nice system provided you think about structuring them properly, are prepared to carry the overhead coming with deltas of each page AND don't mind the security risk of having an editable repository of pages set up online.
I flirted with a personal wiki in the past but opted to just make all of my pages statically using m4(1) templates with SCCS history files stored locally because of the issues I mentioned earlier. It's probably an approach that's too cumbersome for normal people though.
