@Terry Pleroma Frontend is a big L in performance

Try with another frontend, like Pinafore or idk

@Terry @hideki same
I also like how it displays threads. I don't like the Twitter style. It hides posts in a conversation.
@Terry @hideki would be nice if pleroma could just open the thread when clicking on a link to a post.

Really, that's probably more of a frontend thing.
Guess I could open an issue about it.

@sjw @Terry @hideki i mean it's prooooooobably doable if link is both

a) in frontend's format
b) on same domain

otherwise no, it's not possible on frontend only, it will need two backends communicating to find the post on local instance
@hj @Terry @hideki I know Husky automatically tries to open the thread when clicking on a link (from another instance). Not sure exactly how it does it but it works 90% of the time.
@sjw @Terry @hideki for me it worked 0% of the time, it would open up either completely wrong thing (some one else's profile) or get stuck. I really don't know what API it uses.
@hj @Terry @hideki would be nice if pleroma could reliably search URLs. Then it could just use the search API.
@not_br549 @Terry @sjw @hideki https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma-fe don't forget to include browser version and stuff. There's a known issue with webkit2gtk not working well with position: sticky but hopefully they'll fix it
@hj @Terry @sjw @hideki thanks. Here it is, looks like this is soapbox. and there's already two issues open...
