Blender, creative process.

I've found out that every time i'm struggling to finish a blender piece, is hardly issue of skill (at least for now) or textures, or topology or anything else, but the fact that i have not yet cemented the idea of the piece of my head... the idea is incomplete and i expect to throw shit at it hoping that something sticks and shows me how the piece should be done.

And the more you force yourself to work on it to complete it, the more you hate the final result. I have finished some pieces, not because i felt satisfied with them, but because i was "done" with them... it's the worst feeling to finish something and not being satisfied with it.

I think the best course of action in this case would be to just step back for a while, look at more references, refine the idea, and don't come back to it until you have a better idea of what you want to do with your art piece.
