Avoiding bioengineered food ingredients is my new grocery store exercise. Explaining to my daughter why she can't have goldfish crackers or eggo waffles anymore is the hardest part, but I've been able to find substitutes or just skip eating certain things so far. Triscuits were the only crackers I found that weren't bioengineered zoggychow. I thought for sure Tostitos would be made with engineered corn but they're surprisingly clean, so chips and salsa is still on the menu.
Take care of yourselves out there. Bake your own bread with organic flour if you can. USA food is basically trying to kill you.
