@bigposter I dunno m8. It looks to me like it's just one of the accounts moon deleted when he threw his hissy fit. I guess I can do the deactivate_user thing, but that'd ban anyone who re-uses your username!

SELECT ap_id FROM users WHERE id = 14000;
Which gives me the actor id from the user id for my instance.
DELETE FROM users WHERE id = 14000
DELETE FROM activities WHERE actor = ACTOR_ID
And your replace the ACTOR_ID with what the first command gave.
Btw for other admins this is how I did it for pleroma, feel free to give as a link and share:
