@matrix did someone ever founded a woman? Or developed one?

@matrix I once worked for an open source company where they held code academies for high school students. They'd only advertise at girl's schools and I was told I couldn't volunteer as an instructor because they wanted more female instructors, but I could volunteer as an assistant. There were a lot of guys there, but all of them probably heard about it from a girl.
