@Mugenity Fediverse is like Twitter but works more like email or telephone. You have instances (or "providers") and all of them communicate with same protocol.
There's about 6500 instances and each can have different rules. The major English ones don't allow loli and have hate speech guidelines. Mine follows the 1st Amendment but it isn't the only one.
