What are some good and bad Mastodon and Pleroma Instances?
I'm assembling a list smilair to joinmastodon.org. With the difference being the instances should be good and free speech permissive.

Currently i have 4 good instances:

freespeech.host
freespeechextremist.com
pl.smuglo.li
qoto.org
