They call it racialization. (which is still retarded, because it doesn't fit the proper use of that word)
In the context of Islam, It is that a group of people can be turned in to a race and receive same behavior that people with a minority skin color based on clothes, beliefs and behavior.
Same applies to Nazis, Nazis have certain beliefs, behaviors and clothes.
@matrix @wowaname The comparsion is not possible without claim Islam is ideology and not religion. State can ban ideology almost without problem, but there is negligible chance to ban religion in western world.
