I dunno if it's the TV or the emulator but switch super metroid has pretty serious input lag
@karen What a shock, it's almost like Nintendo are a lazy jew company who fuck up every single release in one way or another
@druid it's a lot better after I turned game mode on the TV, now I'm fighting the switch controller dpad
@Majkatsu @waifu @karen Don't forget Karen's powerful autism though, she complained a lot about the xbone controller when she was trying to speedrun SOTN at our house hahaha
@druid @karen @waifu yeah I was gonna say, i started playing Yoshi's Island to see how bad it was and it's pretty much just as i remembered so I don't think it's really designed for people trying to break the games
@Majkatsu @druid @waifu well YI is less reliant on precise dpad inputs in all directions, you mostly just need left and right
@karen @druid @waifu Especially when you get into all the retarded shit with eggs and how the game expects you to hit really stupid angles, all of that stuff still works fine for me and you have to position yourself pretty awkwardly with diagonals to do some of the trickery secrets
@Majkatsu @druid @waifu well I'm glad the dpad works better for you then it does for me I guesd
