Mainly gaming/nerd instance for people who value free speech. Everyone is welcome.
So basically they just wanted a way to manually choose who they like and only verify them, and exclude trouble makers.
Kinda what Twitter did by suddenly changing their stance, and saying their verification badge functioned as an "approved by Twitter" thing.
I guess tyrants simply can't tolerate objective standards that treats everyone equally.
