it varied by country, throughout the 1920s and 1930s some shared certain economic positions with social democrats but there's no single coherent economic policy from it, fascist italy was very different from nazi germany for example, the latter preferring a "spritirual nationalization" which just meant transferring stuff from jewish hands to german ones

I should add that the reason that economy isn't such an important aspect of fascism and they go for "whatever works at the time" approach is because material conception of happiness doesn't exist in it, war comes first, Hitler himself was quite pissed off at previous german rulers because they didn't conquer enough.
