How to win against this debate style:
1) Any time the opponent says your argument is nonsensical, IMMEDIATELY tell the moderator that you need an impromptu change in the format, because he's having a clear difficulty understanding even the basic building blocks of the argument. You're happy to help him figure this shit out, but you need time and a new structure/format so you can teach his stupid ass the basics. And if he protests in any way, it proves that he was being disingenuous or lying when he said he didn't understand, so that he didn't have to address them at all.
2) When he lobs insults at you, assume he didn't understand what you were talking about and got angry from cognitive dissonance, and see step 1.
