@matrix This but unironically. Having a 144hz monitor is a blessing and a curse. Games running at 60fps feel choppy now.
@kro Exactly. I will have to turn off RTX in Metro Exodus, because my PC can only do only 60FPS with it on. 
@matrix what do you mean that the 60 fps cap isn't the limit on the minimal fps value??!

@matrix in general with recent games i'm lucky if my laptop can squeeze 30 fps out
