@Grandtheftautism @animeirl @matrix Viruses that kill the majority of people really quickly are very good. It means they can't spread. The ones that spread slowly also don't matter as much. It's the ones that spread fast, but only kill some people, that have the best chance of surviving .. and evolving ... I wonder if there's a planet out there with sentient viruses

@animeirl @matrix fun fact though, hantavirus is a problem in the Pacific Southwest. You can get it from the air in places that are infested with rodents and full of rodent droppings like abandoned buildings, barns, sheds, etc.
