Does this make me a commie? I like the idea of capitalism in having money and doctors making more than contruction workers, but hate the end-results. I'm not an anarchist either because I believe government to be a necessary evil to keep things running smoothly since the people can't lead themselves

Monopolies are bad, but often enforced by the government. Price gouging is a natural market mechanism, but yeah, it can only work when competition is allowed.
You can't get rid of the 1%, you can just replace it with a different 1%.
Patents are supposed to help innovation, but they probably should be cut down a bit to prevent patent trolls and other forms of abuse. Copyright needs to be severally cut down to the same level as patents. Copyright lasting 70 years after author's death is just absurd.

No it doesn't make you a commie, there're a lot of ideologies that have similar criticisms.
