@matrix At the moment, I am plagued by an apparent memory leak affecting Firefox. If I leave it running while I watch a video, it might start lagging, only for me to find out I'm almost out of RAM (normally, the system uses around 4GB out of 16GB). I suspect it's an add-on; but I can't find the culprit. It has to be a memory leak. As if some buffer keeps adding data but never empties.
Until I wrestle control back from the computer (5 minutes of wasted time, usually) and the process empties itself before I get a chance to open the system monitor.
