Not sure about clean/unclean but pork is a very mediocre meat, just buying beef would be a much better choice taste-wise. It is however much cheaper, which is why people often use a mix of beef and pork in ground meat and patties - you get more product that tastes better than pork and only slightly worse than beef, kinda like watering down some beverage.

@matrix All I know is “give you a taste of my shoe” makes me chortle for some reason. I should start saying that to people.
