I'll try to explain this take: those are the deeds of people who are scared of living under meritocracy and abiding by natural law— i.e.: the thing that has characterised the West for a couple millennia at least— and instinctively do everything in their power to undermine the civilisations that enforce that.
It's no destruction for destruction's sake. It's the r vs K thing; parasitism vs reciprocity; dysgenics vs eugenics; underclass vs aristocracy; leftist empathy vs rightist disgust; &c. Not even fully conscious. Why everyone has an underlying understanding of why the other side is wrong, even if they can't put it into words.
Maybe the Nigger looting a Walmart is doing it for the immediate gratification of some Air Jordans (which, under meritocracy, he just couldn't get); but the parasites directing the mobs have the goal of destroying eugenic civilisations because such civilisations oppress them, and keep them under constant threat of being left behind—i.e.: dying out— if they are not capable of competing.
Others might have a better way of explaining it; but that's the best I can do at the moment. Hope it helps understanding this perspective.
