@matrix That's some shit I've seen in Spanish before I saw it in English, for once. That "X" supposedly replaces the -o/-a that you get with different grammatical genders. Of course it also renders the word unpronounceable, because Marxists are retards.
In Spanish, it never took off other than in written form, barely even used by university students and only the most leftist of political parties. So, basically, only by leftists.
