From my experience in searching, Kropotkin is one of those figures, about whom you can find a lot of books, while his own are virtually non-existent. I could never find his “Ethic” in English.

Mm! Such a library is pleasant to see. The main works are there, sans the notes on federative state and Ethic vol. 2 (but that one was published only recently, if I recall correctly). Not going to assess the quality of the translations.
