@MxCraven I totally agree, it really is janky to say he/she and it does erase non-binary people

Now it's probably true that most English speakers wouldn't consider they/them to be singular if asked, even though it is, which is probably why they hammer it home in Russian education, but they really should be teaching people about the broad uses of the pronoun
