@matrix i only see one person with both sunglasses AND the stick blind people use. Dog doesn't have anything to make it look like a service dog (so that they let it in where dogs are usually aren't allowed).

I would say that presence of that cyborg really throws the whole thing off the rails. If this is supposed to depict utopia, wouldn't it make more sense that everyone would have awesome prosthetics and cyberimplants to restore ability instead of being forced to play football in a wheelchair? It also kinda implies inequality - look at him, he cut off one pant to show off his cool prosthetics, why would he do that? To show off, most likely. Why is he showing off? To demonstrate status perhaps - he's cool, he's rich, he can afford prosthetics while others have to make do with wheelchairs. And to make matters worse - some people are in motorized wheelchairs and some in manual-driven, further establishing the subtle inequality in this utopia.

That's no cyborg. It's just a prosthetic.

@matrix prosthetics aren't cheap, they don't require clothes to be torn/cut off, and it is depicted in such way that it stands out. It could've been a pirate-like stump or one of these, but it looks like a cyber leg instead, on full display for everyone to see too.

It's probably because the artist wanted it visible and in a pastel equal utopia everybody would get top tier prosthetic for free.
