@rasterman @matrix @sizzletron Yeah, that's all correct.
Though the fact check is cringe.
0.7% spread isn't 0%... sure... but those 0.7% are probably teens licking toilets.
Having no symptoms doesn't mean you can't infect anyone, as I mentioned earlier.
But as the study shows, infection rates are significantly lower, since you're not coughing up snot at people around you.
For most illnesses, when you don't have symptoms, you are less of a vector for the disease.
Asymptomatic doesn't mean your body isn't fighting it off, like in the case of people who are un-infectible.
Your immune system gets a workout, and gains resistance, if your body fought off something.
Even if you didn't notice it happened.
1. same reasons as with "if there are abortions, why use condom"
2. see above
3. because immunity can fail or be reduced by some other factors
4. for clarity
5. because situation gets out of control due to people being retarded and not following guidelines
6. because people are retarded and wear masks backwards, live like nothing happened, think that virus is a hoax etc, not to mention that protection can still fail in a bad situation.
