It is the same lens applied to different issues. It isn't what Marx wrote but it is the the same thought process.

Yeah, they are consequence of a rich but poorly maintained liberal society and are almost definitely hypocrites, but that doesn't make the logic behind what they're saying not left wing.
@matrix they also very liberal ideologies regarding things that aren't about race, gender, or sexuality in many cases
@matrix I am talking about groups of young self proclaimed leftists who's entire extent of their political activism and belief is having online anxiety attacks when their microgender is invalidated , meanwhile there are wars being fought in the world and people in the streets dying every day. the kind of bougie liberalism that affords people the chance to focus entirely on semantic labeling as praxis is what I hate
