@matrix they explicitly believe that only white people can be racist because only white people have institutional power over other races. black people can be shitty to or even kill an asian person but it's not systemic so it's not "racism".

I know that, but even under their stupid p+p=r definition, a black person can be racist because black people can be in positions of power. Or when you are in a different country.
