@matrix High chaos is so much harder than low chaos. I played the whole game plus DLC without killing anyone and without being discovered, on the highest difficulty. I was zooming around the map finishing objectives.

With high chaos I'm clunky as fuck, constantly getting hit, panicking, having to turn down the difficulty to have fun.
