1) the language of steam depends on who made the screenshot
2) steam has like "&lang=..." option that forces language, it usually also displays a big red bar "you're viewing steam in [language], click here to view it in [your native language]. It also doesn't always work lmao

Oh, you can force a language in url? Why would a search engine serve him a Vietnamese link though?

@matrix idk, sometimes people post links with language and search engine also sometimes gives you links in other language. I dunno why but i had this happen to me several times.
@hj @matrix In Canada it's somewhat common to get French versions of websites because of that
@matrix @hj for the second one - duck duck go sometimes indexes links with language forced in the link, this is likely because someone posted it on some website like that, or because search engines have servers in different countries and save the link when the page redirects you to the language specific page
