@matrix shit, this is a hard one. On one hand, Epstein could probably traffic Rei way easier since she's an emotionless, obedient fuckdoll. On the other hand though, Asuka would put up a lot more resistance and not just go down without a fight, which is something he'd most likely enjoy more than the dead fish Rei.
I think it'd mostly come down to which one's more popular with the guests and I think that would itself come down to how much time he gives them to prove themselves. Asuka would probably put up a lot of resistance initially, but over time she'd come to enjoy it while Rei will put up no resistance whatsoever but she'd never get into it.

This is truly a difficult question.
