I said always but that was a bit of a hyperbole.
From my observations the main reasons people identify as nonbinary are attention/trend/politics, part of coping with rape or sexual abuse, as part of realizing they are trans. The first one comes with no changes to behavior or appearance while the rest do. The first one is also the most common because it costs nothing.

Probably. I understand that some people don't always feel super womenly/manly, but if they don't experience dysphoria there isn't a reason to identify as something else.

@matrix @traabot thats the thing, many afabs in my life dont really mind being called whatever, but then theres the few people who are actually dysphoric and dont want to identify as anything, and those are the people im thinking about
