You should probably wash your chicken (with just water) though if you're removing your own giblets. Ch*ds think you're taking away from the flavor (ala steak) but if they could actually cook you'd know you should be patting that shit dry so the skin's actually crispy and so your seasonings don't clump up due to moisture
