The real question is could you run danbooru on a VM from for under $100/mo? Yeah, probably.
5 TB of disk will be like $25/mo
For $75/mo you can get 5 dedicated Ryzen cores, 20 GB of RAM, dedicated gigabit, and 400 GB of nvme. I'm not sure how heavy the software stack is but I'm pretty sure that could probably handle the load of danbooru
