I've submitted at least 3 appeals since Elon bought the place and my rejection came in under an hour each time.
He was lying his ass off about amnesty. I thought everyone knew that by now

@r000t artist I follow got their main account banned for a your mom joke and has submitted I believe over 100 appeals.
Elon wasn't completely lying about the amnesties, because I did see a lot of accounts unbanned, but it was extremely inconsistent and people still get banned or shadow banned for bullshit, while Holocaust denial accounts have no issue.
@matrix @r000t The only good thing about Twitter/bsky IMO is that you can post art there and network with other artists, and I'd trust Twitter's community slightly more than BlueSky's (given that bsky will literally ban you just based on the idea of you being on the site itself).
Fedi just has artists on either Mastodon block wall instances or Misskey.io. If I were to join an instance as such, I'd have to have everyone around me make an alt or single user instance to follow me and that's assuming it doesn't get blocked because of what else the user posts.

That's why discussion is both inorganic and ragebait accounts that can simply respawn.
