This is why I hate sports in general. It's no different than troon speedrunner competitions and competitive gamers. They ruin any aspect of fun and excitement.

For example, You can drive faster with less gas in the tank, do you take another lap to shave off a minute or two on your time at the risk of not finishing or do you play it safe and go in for a pit stop now?
