Residential proxies are so insanely expensive. $3.75 for just 3GB when I need about 4GB per day 
@matrix don't know about your use case, but why not purchase random OVH or Hetzner VPS, using it as VPN? or ask a friend whether you can VPN via them? that's how I do it all the time to have access to German library stuff
@kaia I want it for periodical (30s-ish) scraping and the site just times out datacenter ips.
