Yeah, but I don't have IPv6 on my mobile connection and I get 5MB/s (which is max) from neckbeard.xyz and somewhere between 0.4 and 2.5MB/s from gameliberty.club
I don't understand this because it makes no sense for my IP to be throttled and to be throttled by 3 different ISPs.
