Yes, affirmative action, the welfare state and a huge cultural shit are the main culprits along with the total destruction of the black family. The lack of fathers is the main reason for the violent behavior of young black men.

I screwed up a series of side missions in Red Dead Redemption 2. I was supposed to find retired shooters to get some info from them. Most of them got angry at me and challenged me to a duel, so I killed them. I later found out while doing a bounty that you don't have to kill people during duels, you can disarm them by shooting them in their hands or legs.
