Maybe but with fancy aesthetics you can easily distract them viewer. You can also make yourself look more important and knowledgeable than you really are.

I rarely experience such leniency. Yeah, you get preferential treatment but they still do all the security checks. At Brno airport they even x-rayed my wheelchair.
The only other time when I was let in without a security check was at the Tower in London. Everyone got a bag search and pat down. I got neither and I was wearing a jacket so thick you could hide an assault rifle underneath it.
