It's possible. This area is 4 story buildings with flats.
Although I've gotten better speeds in the city center.

I don't understand LTE. I'm currently on higher frequency LTE with better reception than at home, yet the speed is worse.

Looks like Misskey drive is broken and won't load. Postgres tries for like a minute and then fails.
