Updates on the *Chan Fedi Frontend!

If sometimes the url is inaccessible is most likely the server having issues.

Updates in this version:
>Placeholder avatars got reduced in size
>Added some javascript to toggle the image size when clicking on them. It should degrade good without javascript
>Improved multi-page browsing
>Profiles are now browseable: clicking on the username points fedichan to the user's profile and clicking on the account id just points to the url of the profile)

Next in the list is creating some banners and adding the post forms.
