The reason it took me this long to realize is that outside of the ghosting on black thin objects, the image lookes great. It looks like 1080p. DLSS works really well.
After 14 hours of Death Stranding I finally realized where is the ghosting I'm experiencing coming from.
I have the output resolution set to 1080p and have DLSS on, so the game is running at like 720p and upscaling. I need to set the output resolution higher value so that DLSS has more work with.
