I want a secondary SIM for the Jelly 2 but I basically can't find any cell provider or even a virtual one that has a prepaid SIM card with basic per usage billing. A lot of the virtual ones don't even have prepaid cards and even those that do still charge you monthly, at least the ones I looked at. O2 and Vodafone have some cryptic description from which is hard to tell how much it's gonna cost. It's 50% this, 40% that. The probably best one is T-Mobile which has the description fairly simple.
