Evolution gave us men a big disadvantage. We had to, in some way, become sick and twisted ourselves in order to defend against other sicker and more twisted males attacking us and our households and families.

Our ability to be able to fend off the bad guys didn't make us nicer people indeed. But we don't deserve being hated for those of us whose ancestors were successful. Well. If those even are our ancestors, rather than the baddies who snuck in.

You want to make us men nicer, I appreciate that. But IMO it's kind of pointless to blame us or nature for the conflicting evolutionary pressures we're up against.

Many "bad" a gene is out there, if you idealize a world where everyone's nice to one another, but maybe you'll be glad if a bunch of men can take a stand beside you if you want your freedoms defended, don't want to get vaxxed or whatever horrible thing is coming towards us next.
