Elementary OS's graphical software updater doesn't run any kind of autoremove command, so old kernel versions fill up your boot partition and it makes updating impossible and the software doesn't make this clear in anyway you just have to know to go into a terminal and check apt, thats fine with me since I'm used to GNU/Linux but for a newb friendly distro like eOS thats a big oof
