So T-Mobile is offering unlimited and looks like non throttled mobile internet for the summer for free. It isn't throttled compared to their normal unlimited data package which is 300kb/s, but I can't confirm that they don't throttle at all, because I don't get the fastest cellular where I live.
I wonder how their infrastructure handles it. Maybe they intend it as a stress test.
