You don't create a safe space by creating tons of rules, both written or unwritten, that leave people walking on eggshells lest they trigger someone. That is triggering in itself.


Far better to create a space where you can have open and honest conversations about different topics and when things get triggered. A chance to explore that feeling wherever it goes.
