I've seen it a few times that people start either shouting their pleroma problems into the void or tagging me or rin directly with their issues. Often they do it because they don't want to 'fill up the tracker' with supposedly useless issues. Still, i'd ask you to always file an issue on git.pleroma.social. Often I'm tagged when I'm not on my computer (or sleeping) and when I'm back I already forgot about it. Other times people will tag us with similar issues, but the information is spread over several hard-to-find threads instead of being unified in an issue.
So please, file an issue if you have a problem that goes beyond "my config doesn't work".
