short version:

judge has seen through epic's bullshit that they are hurting themselves and trying to blame it all on apple; they told apple to NOT cut epic off from developer program "out of principle" but fortnite removal is still fair and legal.

next up they'll probably be discussion how big of a cut is fair. Judge already said that he strongly doubts 0% cut which epic wants is fair and constitutional.
