Out of the Crysis Trilogy Remasters, the only one worth it is Crysis 2. The combination of SVOGI, RayTracing and high res textures makes a genuinely better game. Crysis 3 only gets raytracing and a few smaller enhancements which do make it better but by very little. And Crysis 1 Remaster has gotten a lot better but it's still a cluster fuck and will probably never get better than the original game.
