Man I disagree with has funny face. Man I agree with has manly face.

I've gotten pretty good at telling apart AI-generated "drawings" at a glance.

Over the past two weeks, I've mostly managed to force myself to like soda. I like Trocadero (apple/orange flavor). Still can't stand booze, though.

Bought a soda from the supermarket to get over my aversion to carbonated beverages.
Turns out carbonation might be the one thing I cannot ever force myself to like.

My ISP is shutting down its DSL network in a month. They're not offering fiber optic at my location, nor even fixed wireless. It's mobile broadband or fuck off.

I hate vacuum cleaning, but I finally decided I hate dust more.

Went to see Avatar 2. There were only two other people in the entire auditorium. I guess most people have already seen Avatar 2, and most people don't go to the movies at 3 PM on a Thursday out of a "fuck, I'm getting sick of being a near-shut-in" impulse.

We value our employees' freedom to express their opinions, except we don't.

I had one of those "9999 in 1" handhelds with Tetris and a few extra games as a kid. Think it's in storage somewhere, but can't find it.

Just saw Puss in Boots 2. It's pretty good. I recommend seeing it.

Right now, the ROM I'm loading the most on my Everdrive GBA is Mario Kart: Super Circuit. 150cc is pretty tough, but fun.

Just replayed Backpacker (1995, PC/Mac, Macromedia Director). Classic quiz game from the multimedia era about circumnavigating the globe. Went around the world in 217 days, taking odd jobs along the way.

Got a kernel panic right in the middle of updating the kernel. vmlinuz and initramfs gone. Had to boot from a live USB drive, chroot into the fucked system, and unfuck it.

Just beat Wario Land 4 for the first time. Normal difficulty, 10/12 treasures. Getting all the treasures, all the CD's, trying harder difficulties, beating my score records, etc will probably keep me occupied for a while longer. Great game.
